Bigvision Community is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead the organization through its next phase of growth. The Executive Director will be responsible for setting and implementing organizational vision, driving fundraising and financial sustainability, and overseeing day-to-day operations. This role requires a strategic, relationship-driven leader who can translate vision into action, inspire stakeholders and build the systems and partnerships necessary for long-term impact.

The Executive Director will serve as the organization’s chief fundraiser and chief strategist, working closely with the Founder, Board of Directors, Advisory Board, staff, donors, and partners to expand Bigvision’s reach and strengthen its mission.
