Please join us for a night of sober fun and fitness at the JCC! Our first of many Sober Saturdays will take place at the JCC on the first Saturday of every month. This first event will offer a choice of Volleyball or a Fitness Dance Class followed by a social hour with food, beverages and music!
6:00 - 6:30: Introduction of 1st Monthly Sober Saturday’s Event
6:30 - 8:00: Full Court Volleyball Game with a coach to referee and give pointers!
OR
6:30 - 8:00: Dance Fitness Class led by long time sober instructor, Nancy Burke
8:00 - 9:00: Social hour with food, refreshments and music
